Criminal Law Risk Management and Prediction Method based on Echo State Network

Criminal law plays an important role in maintaining social security and achieving effective control. However, criminal has hidden risks that cannot be ignored at the legislative, judicial theoretical levels. This paper starts from all aspects of law, analyzes risk its management measures, predicts through echo state network model. The prediction results model fit well with actual situation, verification can provide reference for study systems. Legislative belong to factors are also fundamental law. Judicial is mainly manifested level power. closely related political environment, system, economic etc. In legislation, we should pay attention balance between rules realistic functions, properly control risks, so as avoid brought by establishment risky necessary guarantee national system.
